Proposed Bylaws Changes August 26, 2010

The following link contains the proposed new Bylaws for the Dekers Blue Line Club.
The changes address the voting rights for each type of membership.
Dekers Club members can vote on these changes at either the picnic or the
first general membership meeting on Oct. 20.
