The Maize and Blue received a No. 2 seed in the West Regional that will be played in St. Louis, Mo this coming weekend. The Wolverines (26-10-4) will take on the Nebraska-Omaha Mavericks (21-15-2) in the regional opener on Friday, March 25, at 4:30 p.m. CDT at the Scottrade Center. The game will also be televised live in high definition on ESPN3.com.
Following the opening match-up between Michigan and Nebraska-Omaha, the No. 1 seed and reigning NCAA champion Boston College Eagles will take on the No.4 seed Colorado College Tigers. The game is slated for 8 p.m. CDT and will be shown on ESPNU. The championship contest will take place on Saturday, March 26, at 8 p.m. CDT on ESPNU.
Join the U of M Club of St. Louis on Friday, March 25 at J. Bucks in downtown St. Louis for pre- and post-game fun. U-M alum and Wolverine football great, Dan Dierdorf will be on-hand to welcome U-M fans. The festivities will start at 2:00 pm CST on Friday. The bar is a short walk from Scottrade Center.
